    [版主回覆12/14/2009 21:08:00]我整既係ROYAL ICING...係唔會溶,硬實實既~ 之前我去旅行/日本迪士尼就係食過唔溶面既CUPCAKE,於是學整囉~
    我都想學FONDANT,不過攪掂哂CUPCAKE多款FROSTING先..哈哈,我呢幫都努力搵資料整,因為我要整老外果D,唔係港式XDDDD
    我見老外果D CAKE入面有餡架,至於咩餡有時JAM啦,有D BUTTER CREAM,有時BANANA,APPLE...但我就係研究緊,老外口味是不是真的甜到嘔,因為如果個CAKE又甜,餡又甜,加埋個TOP.... 一定C梗!!

    我都整過jam 餡既蛋糕仔~
    咁厚royal icing咪好甜???我整薄薄一層已經好甜呢

    講真...ROYAL ICING明顯只係為左靚字...食落口恐怖!!不過如果加D味可能好D....

    不過...fondant同gumpaste一定比royal icing更甜得恐佈!
