  3. 之前聽你講,痛左成個月都仲未好都有d擔心,估唔到個一跌真係咁傷 ,不過都唔好太過擔心,22號睇埋個專科睇下醫生點講la,希望你快d好返 。 以後真係要小心d先得la,仲有呀,你整親腳盡量多着平底鞋,咁會好d,唔好等個膝頭負擔咁大,至於你話食多d骨膠原豐富既食物呢,我就覺得都好既,應該唔多唔少都會有d幫助。
    Anyway 祝早日康復! God bless you & all our friends!

    連袋都執輕左dddd...哈哈...希望快d好...唔想手尾長囉
