  5. 是不是佷食譜有問題, 如用發起蛋白加杏仁粉,新手是較難成功!如用發起蛋白加110度糖漿成蛋白霜再加杏仁粉, 成功得多!

    即係冇得教溫度??
    我都係用上下火一齊焗~慢慢降溫, 出爐後掃凍水就唔會黏~

  9. 唔緊要架, 有時d爐有得教上下火但關左事旦一個爐溫就會唔準(阿sir話), 呢個餅開上下火一齊焗ok架, 我關左上火反而怪怪
    不過要放下層呀~ ^^
